Unleashed Retreat

I’ve trusted unleashed retreat two times with my puppy. Both times he has been healthy and happy. They sent me update videos of him playing and worked with me for after hours pick up. They are easy to book, easy to get in contact with and easy pick up and drop off. I will be returning

My golden retriever puppy loves going here. He wags his tail every morning when he gets here, so that must mean they treat him well and actually pet him and play with him, which is not the case at many daycares. They get to know him really well and notice if he doesn’t go to daycare for a week, so I appreciate how much they care for him. They also do really cute report cards and have cameras.

I visited recently for the first time. The employee at the front was very kind and did a great job grooming my dog. At first, I thought the business was closed since the door was locked, but she explained they keep it that way to prevent homeless people from entering. There’s a number posted on the door in case no one is immediately available to let you in. She was courteous, professional, and kept me updated.. calling as soon as my pup was done with her haircut. The space itself is large with plenty of room for dogs to play. I’d definitely consider bringing my dog back for daycare.

Cass n Crew are SIMPLY, THE BEST!!!! Lets talk about their WILL, to do WHATEVER, they can within their power to do RIGHT, not just by the owner but by our four legged fur babies. The unconditional LOVE the staff all exude for each and every dog, even the needy ones like mine, is unheard of. The way they love on my dog will ALWAYS be the reason I TRUST them to have Justin in their care when I cant care for him… I think he loves Cass n Crew more than me tho, and i’m ok with that, I UNEQUIVOCALLY KNOW JUSTIN IS IN SOME GOOD HANDS! They stand on the best principles ever and their head boss is a BOSS!

Caring, wonderful and reliable. We always know that when we travel, or our pup needs some social time we can count on Unleashed Retreat. The team is so nice and friendly and shows genuine care for our pup. They also do great grooming services and our pup is so comfortable here. They go above and beyond every time.
