The Bugstoppers Pest Control

Been with them for several years. Russell did a great job. He’s very thorough and treated my home like his own.

Okay. I can’t believe I’m reviewing pest control because I’m already not much of a “reviewer”, but Bug Stoppers deserves it!! We went from one of the big name pest control services (rhymes with Worminex)…and were paying WAY more and getting a pretty poor service for that price. We live in Oak Ridge North, so I was so glad we found a local business that had better pricing as well. It’s been about a year now, and I could not be happier! Today, Russ came out and was here for about 30 mins just for the exterior. He wiped down all the eaves as well and our house (which is black so you can see ALLLLL the web paraphernalia) looks brand new! I’m so thankful for businesses that take care of their customer’s homes and DO what they say they’re going to do from the beginning. Y’all are amazing!

Russell was amazing. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He treated my home with exceptional service. I hope Russell comes every time to treat my home. He is outstanding!!

This morning, we discovered carpenter ants in a room we don't usually use. When I called Bugstoppers, Mr. G and his team were outstanding. They came out the same day, and the service was exceptional. The technician was knowledgeable and communicated effectively with my wife and me. There was no sales pressure, and the pricing was very reasonable for the services provided.
