I had a bee infestation in the second-story soffit of my home, and from the moment Michael from Texas Pest & Wildlife arrived, I felt completely at ease. His knowledge, confidence, and clear communication made all the difference. He gave me upfront pricing, laid out all my options, and took the time to explain how and why the bees ended up in my house. He recommended extermination due to the risky location, and only after safely removing the bees did he assess the hive and suggest next steps. Once he showed me the honey literally dripping from the soffit, I knew I needed to have the leftover honeycomb removed. What impressed me most was that Michael didn’t just treat the pest issue—he handled everything. I trusted him to remove the honeycomb, seal up the cavity, and rebuild the area himself. This is work most would pass to a contractor, but Michael did it all with skill and precision. Every time I asked how he knew what to do, he’d just smile and say, “I’ve been doing this for so long.” True expertise in action. He pulled out over 80 lbs of honey and comb—I’m so glad I listened to his advice, or that mess would’ve rotted inside my walls. Now, the area looks brand new—you’d never know there was ever a hive there. Michael was never pushy, always respectful, and worked with clear purpose. He honored his pricing and treated my home like it was his own. I’ve dealt with bee issues before, but I’ve never had service of this caliber. Mike is a true professional that works very efficiently and makes sure the job is done right the first time. Took care of birds nesting in our vents. Removed, cleaned and sanitized. Also tok care of of some other exterior gaps. Easily recommended this team!

Mike did an amazing job! We called the office one evening and he was able to come the next day. He was very thorough and dedicated to solving our critter issues. He ended up catching 1 raccoon and 2 possums that were going into our attic every night through the roof. He came back several days in a row to check and set traps for them. In addition, his services were all encompassing. He also fixed the holes in the roof that the animals caused and were using to get into the house. He did a great job on that part as well. Overall, we are very satisfied with Mike’s work. He turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. He’s very friendly, skilled and professional. Highly recommend!

Mike was awesome . He helped us and a neighbor with a skunk problem . Actually three skunks . He is a great communicator and very professional .
