Sunbelt Inspections

I picked Sunbelt Inspection because of its great reviews. Zoe called me on a sunday right smack in between holidays to confirm my date of inspection and explain the details of what I would expect from the inspection. Brad inspected the house we were purchasing and he was very thorough and explained the whole process to us patiently. Showed us some tips and provided us with the report the very next day. Overall it was a very good experience. Thank you Sunbelt team!

Sunbelt Inspections was absolutely perfect!! I called them to inspect a home that I am in the process of purchasing, and they had someone out the very next day. Prices were great and so were all the options that they offer. The inspector was professional and polite. He went over everything in detail and answered every question that I had. Riley was awesome - was quick and very knowledgeable. Thorough in every area of the house and broke down what I should be worried about and what I shouldn’t. Riley took the time to show me everything I would want to know as the owner and what I should be budgeting for for future repairs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection - 10/10
