Solve Pest Pros

Zach, the Solve technician was wonderful. He was very thorough in his inspection of our attics, roof openings and vents from which we thought an odor was coming into our master bedroom, presumed to be from a rodent. He was very personable, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He offered some helpful suggestions and I am grateful for his assessment. I can honestly say that I have never had as perfect a service representative experience as I had today with Zach. Thank you, Solve, for sending Zach our way; I 100% recommend his and your services! I already reviewed Solve under a different account but need to give another review. My first review was based on their normal pest control program and they did amazing. I then had a rat problem in the attic. Zach came out, did exclusion treatment, and I can’t say I’ve ever been happier with a trade company than I have been with Solve. I’ve called them almost on a biweekly basis since the rat exclusion treatment and they’ve always been extremely responsive, polite, and professional over the phone. Zach comes with a smile and great attitude every time and has been diligently working to help solve our rat issue. I feel as though I’ve been given a phenomenal service. Their prices aren’t the highest nor the lowest, very reasonable middle ground. However you will get first class treatment. It’s not like they take your money and then disappear and never respond. They treat you exactly as they said they would treat you in the initial discussions and contract. What a mind-blowing concept, to stick to your word?! Anyways, they have me as a customer for life and anyone I ever refer to pest control will be to Solve. Thank you so much Zach, River, Marcus, everyone I’ve talked to at Solve!

Leon was awesome in getting me set up today. When he visited us the first time, we were actively deep into our move in and getting settled into our new home. Leon was so friendly and approachable I wanted to get set up but just had not made it to that task yet! Thankfully, Leon came back to check in on our move and see if we were ready to set up pest control services. Once we signed up Leon had the technician, Kaleb, come out within the hour to do the initial treatment. Kaleb was thorough explaining everything and I have peace of mind now knowing we are “SOLVE” protected and don’t have to worry about any of the pests! ;)

Robert did a great job when he showed up today. Was here when he said he would be, was very polite, and was in and out before I knew it. They do all the services you need as well instead of just ants and fleas. Good prices too. Highly recommend.

Loving Solve Pest pros! Super reliable with real results! Pro Tech Mitch came out for my scheduled visit and was just Great! He listened to my concerns for both inside and outside my home and addressed every one of them! Mitch was very respectful and professional, and I appreciated the detailed summary of what he completed when he was finished. It’s been 10days since my service visit and zero issues!
