I have been taking my dog, Clark, here since he was a year old — he’s 5 now. Top notch caretakers and best groomers in the game. If you ask Clark, “do you wanna go to Rokos?”, he’s immediately headed towards the garage door, ready to jump in the car. That’s how you know they take great care of him. From the front desk to everyone behind the scenes taking care of these dogs, this place is AMAZING.

The customer service was grand. The service suggested was specific to what was best for Phoebe. I was so happy with my babies end results!!!

100% recommend to take your pets here to get grooming. I think I’ve found the place for my baby. It’s our first time here and definitely will come back every month. It costs the same as where we used to go, but the quality is honestly much better. I can tell that my baby enjoyed and well taken care of. She smells great and came out very happy to see me, not panicking as she always got where I got her groomed (Petsmart). My pup always came home with the cut in her face like deep cut, last time I don’t know how they did, but they bruised one of her left under eye. That’s why I gotta try Rokos. I heard a lot about this place through my customers. And today Samantha took care of my baby. She listened and understood upon my request. I just love every bit of how she comes out. Very satisfied!

Update 1/28/2023: The caring people here continue to do wonderful work. They do a very good job grooming my dog's, trimming my girl's hair, trimming and painting her nails. They are very kind people. They have very reasonable prices. Update 3/12/2022 : Business is good here. It should be. They are such nice people and are really caring toward our pets. They do a great job. Very reasonable prices. Give em' a shot. You won't regret it. Original Review : Irasema and Kim are exceptional. Excellent service, good prices, friendly and nice people here to talk with. This was both of my dog's first time being in a pet grooming service. They came out looking absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much for excellent service.

Rokos grooms my baby Loki every month for over a year now. THEY ARE THE BEST! Ms Ira, Michelle, & the whole team are spectacular with my baby. The service is 10/10! ❤️⭐️ They know what they are doing and are always safe when it comes to grooming! ❤️ Thank you Rokos for always making Loki look and smell amazing❤️🐾✨
