Mr. McKee was fantastic at taking care of what was needed. He was extremely respectful and made sure that we had what we needed inside and outside of the house. We have thoroughly enjoyed using Pest Arrest!

We had a rat problem in our garage and some rodent in our attic. We called and this company to come out 4 times and the last 5th time the person who came out he told my wife “I don’t know what to tell you, sorry we didn’t catch anything” he also said “the owner would give us a call to resolve this issue” and we never received that call. We told them we’re not going to patch up any holes until this thing is caught, the last thing I want is to seal up the holes and a rodent is left in my attic and it passes. We still have a rat problem in our garage and whatever’s in our attic waking up our baby at night and us as well. My wife called and complained they said they would call bank and never did. We paid over $200 for nothing. We need this resolved ASAP so I can seal up the holes the rodents are getting in. I’m also worried these rats are going to chew through wires in our classic car in the garage. Edit: my wife has called over the past months and never received a call back. Maybe the person/people who answer the phone need more training or need to communicate with the owner better.
