We recently bought a new construction house, and we wanted to make sure that we didn't have any pest issues. Richard has been our technician since we moved in, and he has done exemplary work. He is a polite, hardworking, honest man of God, and has exceeded all of our expectations. He double checks everything and gives us additional advice after he completes every service. We're blessed to have him as our technician. Truly 5 star service. Thank you Richard!

I’ve had 3 home visits so far and each one has been great! All of the technicians were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. They gave me great insights on what to look for and how to prevent future problems. So far everything has been great! I’ve only had my contract with Orkin since August 2025 so I’ll be sure to update my review when my contract is over as well.

Excellent service! Pearl worked with me on the phone gave me a quote and the price matched when exterminator arrived. All promises met. James treated our home inside and out. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He arrived on time and made sure that he took care of our problem areas and then some. So, happy to be back with Orkin! Tried a few other companies here in Conroe. Orkin is definitely the most dependable and following through with coming back if needed. No hidden fees…Also Communication is great! I have had a great experience with Orkin from the moment I called, the full thorough and detailed inspection of my home to address my concerns all the way to the gentleman that got the job done today! I called Orkin for general pest control. The tech was able to treat a fire ant infestation that had gotten in my wall. Overall, the technician was extremely professional and polite. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Outstanding service was provided.
