First time calling Metro, but wonderful experience. Ochuan came out did a through examination to help get rid of a sugar ant issue in our kitchen. He explained his process and listened to my concerns. Definitely recommend Metro and Ochuan.

Outstanding customer service! Punctual and knowledgeable technicians. Ochuan has been my technician these last couple of times. He is very thorough and professional. All of the technicians prior to that have been as well. I rarely have any issues when it is time for my quarterly. Office staff is courteous and work with their customers when scheduling appointment. I have used Metro for nearly 17 years. Their servicemen are always prompt, polite, and professional. While the outreach service from the office has declined (we are on a quarterly maintenance program and received quarterly calls to schedule service for many years), the service is still stellar! Our technician, Ochuan Bouie, did a great job and was super careful with our pets and plants.

Very very upset right now!! I've been a great loyal customer for 3 years, I absolutely love my technician Ochuan! Loved Mrs.Gabby! Now she's gone and the customer service sucks.I got service yesterday which didn't get finished because Megan told me a time and I waited at that time..and nothing so I'm busy I had to leave..so my service wasn't complete. I called and asked for it to be completed and she said it couldn't be. Call today about it and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong at the time?!? Absolutely not ma'am you told me the wrong time and adamently argued you were right?! Terrible attitude and customer service from the office! And now all of a sudden they're not servicing my area anymore and I need to find new service?! This is absolute trash and I'm very upset the way I was treated and talked to by Megan and now I have to find someone new after years of being comfortable with my service and my technician!? 0/10 do not recommend dealing with her or the company cause obviously being a great customer and loyal customer..they're just going to throw you away like nothing..😞 terrible experience.. thanks a lot metro 👌😒
