Shawn has been an outstanding technician. He always arrives on time, works with precision, and takes the time to clearly explain everything he’s doing throughout the service. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and has a great personality, which makes the entire experience easy and comfortable. I live in a newer neighborhood where big spiders and other bugs were a constant issue, but since Shawn started servicing my home, I haven’t seen a single bug—inside or out. We’ve been using this pest control service monthly and couldn’t be happier. Our technician, Myles, is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every treatment he uses — even the drain treatment that stops pests from reproducing. After our termite traps were installed, he showed us what a worn trap looks like vs a healthy one. He’s thorough, professional, and genuinely cares about keeping our home pest-free.
