Excellent service and follow up! Always on time! Even when I’ve forgotten that the technician was coming and had locks on the gates. They will call and reschedule at no extra charge or penalty. They also remove all the spider webs around the perimeter of the house even in hard to reach places.

Shoutout to Caleb, our pest control MVP 🐜🕷️🦗 This man came in calm, cool, and collected like, “I got this,” and next thing you know our house went from Nature Channel After Dark to UNDER CONTROL. Bugs, creepy crawlies, and who-knows-what-else that may or may not have been paying rent… all handled. No questions asked, no judgment given. Caleb was down to earth, professional, and didn’t skip a beat. Just straight to business with good vibes and zero drama. If pests had a support group, they’d be talking about the day Caleb showed up. If you want your home protected and your peace restored, Caleb’s your guy. Appreciate you, brother. 👊🏽🏠🔥

My pest control technician was fantastic! She was kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable about her work. She arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and you could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. It’s refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their work — excellent service from start to finish!

Everyone please save yourself the trouble. They only come once every two months and do absolutely nothing. At the end of their 10 minute visit they list all the services done that weren’t actually done. Interior never gets done but is listed as completed every visit. Also very suspicious that I can never get an appointment when I can actually be home and present. Lastly if you decide that spending $160 for them to spend less than 10 mins per visit every two months is crazy they charge you a $250 cancellation fee. Scammers. Last time I give anyone coming door to door a chance. Shame on me. Pure robbery! You guys aren’t about to just take my hard earned money like that. Go ahead and send me to collections. Pictures attached are from their most recent visit after giving them one more chance. Obviously they didn’t give a spiders ass. You know where their work stands if they have to charge $250 cancellation fee. If anyone else was affected by this company there is a class action law suit against them. Please share and put an end to businesses like this.

I've been a customer for a long time and have been a happy one at that. Today, however - not happy. I called to reschedule my appointment that is schedule for this coming Tuesday morning, 2/27/26. Talk about making it difficult. I had to ask 5 times (literally) it started with you don't need to be home, we can do it with out you there, to why are we rescheduling - do I need to give you a reason? Aren't I the customer? calling with plenty of advance notice. Then it was well IF we do reschedule, then it has to be this month - meaning that week. Like I'm forced to do this? I told her I said I don't need this, you are about to lose me period, well I'll cancel the appointment and we can call you back to reschedule. My take is that corporate numbers are now coming before customers. They have to have so many treatments done to meet their monthly numbers. This call really made me feel like the bad guy for trying to reschedule before a huge ice storm rolls into town. And they make it as difficult as possible - "let me get my manager to see if I can reschedule" - Seriously?
