10/10 recommend. We called on a Tuesday for a termite problem, Mr. Doug came out same day and gave us an estimate and treatment plan. They were back that Thursday to treat our home! Efficient and reliable!

Did a great job spraying and doing the surrounding area. Also kept our cats safe during the job. Michael Greenwald was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Will use again.

We have been using this service for years. They offer free estimates and pricing is reasonable. They are also friendly and customer focused. They are our go-to company for anything pest related. Give them a try if you have the need.

I absolutely loved our actually bug guy but the office lady was extremely rude to me. She yelled and hissed at me and asked me “ what time do you want”. I have had issues in the past with her trying to get her to answer the phone to pay a bill for someone else. I was told my one of the other guys that she takes 3 hour lunch breaks. I have never been treated like this by anyone in CS before.

I was very happy with the guy that they sent to do the job however, I am very unhappy with the lady in the office. You can’t tell someone on the phone that you will give you a guarantee to re-treat the area if you see the pests again only to tell you later that they never told you that. I don’t like basically being called a liar! I remember what I was told and they were the only company I called so I didn’t get it confused with someone else!! Not very happy at all.
