Between our two homes, we've been with Chem-Tech over 40 years. All of the technicians have been professional and efficient, but our latest tech, Anthony, is a real gem. I am writing to highly recommend the services of Chem Tech Pest & Ground Care, based on my recent experience addressing a noticeable increase in rodent activity around my property. While we typically manage occasional pests due to having a fruit and vegetable garden, the last few weeks saw an alarming surge in unwelcome visitors—running across fences and roofs, and most concerningly, heard inside the attic. I contacted Chem Tech, among other recommended companies, and chose them because they offered a prompt initial assessment and competitive rates. Wilson, the technician assigned to our home, was exceptional. He provided a very thorough assessment of potential entry points and gave us a clear quote. During his follow-up visit, Wilson expertly sealed all identified entry points and strategically placed traps in the attic. Since this service was performed, we have heard no further activity in the attic, nor have we found any dead rodents inside the house. I especially want to commend Wilson for his professionalism and flexibility. He was always punctual and very accommodating to our schedule when setting up appointments.
