Joe was amazing! Friendly, fast, and efficient. It was nice to have him ask which areas I noticed pests in the most and what areas I’d prefer he gives attention to. He showed up at 10am which was perfect, not super early but also not super late so I can move on with my day. He also ensured my questions did not go unanswered! Very courteous. Kerry from Magna Pest Solution was extremely professional from start to finish. He called me before arriving to let me know when to expect him, and once he arrived, he clearly explained everything that was going to happen during the service. He sprayed the entire house as well as the outside and even took the time to remove a few spider webs around the exterior. Kerry also explained the product he was using, shared useful knowledge, and let me know what to expect over the next 14 days. After the service, he followed up with a detailed text message that included the same helpful information and reminded me that if I needed anything, I could always reach out. Overall, the level of professionalism, communication, and thoroughness was excellent. I really appreciate the great service and peace of mind.

We moved into our new home 5 years ago. We started with terminix They kept going up on their prices. My husband had another company coming out but they were horrible. Then one day magna showed up they were cheaper. Im so glad they did. Joe just came today and he even sent me a detailed message of everything he did. I cannot say enough about magna.
