We can’t say enough wonderful things about Britney’s Pet Depot. From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel welcome with their warmth and kindness. A very special thank-you to Mr. Jim, who truly went above and beyond this holiday season. Not only did he help “Santa” find the most beautiful, healthy bunnies and bearded dragons, but he graciously cared for them in the store until Christmas Day so they’d be safe, comfortable, and well loved. We were incredibly grateful for his thoughtfulness. Every time the little “elves” stopped by to visit, the staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely excited to share in the experience. The store has an impressive variety of animals—bunnies, birds, guinea pigs, cats, gerbils, chinchillas, mice, bearded dragons, and other reptiles and amphibians—all in a clean, caring, family-owned environment. You can truly feel the love for animals here. We highly recommend Britney’s Pets to any family looking for knowledgeable, compassionate care and a great experience from start to finish.

I absolutely LOVE Brittany's pet depot! Jim and all of his employees are simply amazing! I've bought all my babies from here. My budgies & my conures. The staff is super friendly and so informative. This shop holds a special place in my heart. Seeing all the animals and how much love & dedication they put into it is beautiful. Thank you Jim! Isabella! & Kaylee! I got my bunny here almost 3 years ago. The service is always friendly. Once a year I board my bunny here as well, so my family can take a trip and I know that she’s always in good hands. I love that they offer a walk-in grooming services for bunnies as well at low prices. And I love that the staff is actually knowledgeable with bunnies as well. Definitely love looking at all the other animals that they have available and you can tell that they are well taken And loved. My baby Gucci and I will always be loyal customers

I took my mocha for the first time to Brittany’s and I’ve never left her with someone else, so naturally it was a big worry for me but the STAFF!!!! They sent me photo updates of her and they kept her around other boarded guinea pigs and I felt so at ease knowing she was in good hands. She was there for 10 days it was 100% worth it, knowing she was with professionals who know how to take care of small animals. I also would like to note how friendly everyone is, you can see they’re committed to the well being of all the critters especially the birds! ☺️ definitely recommend

We had a great first experience taking our senior dog Murray here for a nail clipping and to use the self-wash station. The groomer was very patient and gentle with our sweet boy. We will definitely be back!
