Rick was our Evaluation Specialist. He gave a heads up call to LMK when he was coming & was prompt. He is very polite, knowledgeable, patient & friendly. He was able to answer EVERY question I asked him. We have a mouse, rat & wasp problem. He recommended a “Rat Wall” that will keep the vermin out. We will be having them install it. Very reasonably priced & will only take one day for them to install 171 feet + our out building as well. I am very happy w/ Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control. They come out ASAP & are able to do services other pest control companies we have used in the past haven’t. It’s very hard to get people to work for folks in Greenville, TX. We recommend them very highly wherever you live!

They NEVER answer their phone and when you leave a message it takes DAYS for them to respond to you!!! Had a service call between 8am and 12 noon..its past noon and still no tech! Meanwhile I have ants invading my kitchen. I'm thinking about going elsewhere. So if customer service is important to you, you may want to consider a different company.

Happy with Darnell and his team (technicians). Very good service and knowledgeable. These guys work hard and I wish them the best. However, I will share that the management of this company doesn't understand how to communicate effectively, how to hold their team accountable to excellence, and how lifetime value of a customer works. Barefoot bought the company I used for pest control before. 2 weeks after my complimentary retreat, I was randomly charged over $100 for a retreat which I confirmed was free with the agent. The customer service manger informed me that what was communicated to me was incorrect since the retreat was too close to my next service date (fyi, no policy has ever been shared or published). Had I known they were going to bill me in advance for my next treatment, I would have simply cut ties and found a better company since this was my third attempt to get what I paid for. As the owner will make it appear in her reply that I was trying to get reservice done a day before my next service was due, I want to state that is categorically false. My previous treatment was performed on 05/20/2025. I called in July (~ 60% of the way through my service period) and was given 08/02/2025 as the earliest appt. The technicians were a no show and I was unable to get ahold of the company. The staff apologized and advised the free retreat would be done on 08/08/2025 and that's when the team conducted the free retreat -- I have an invoice stating as such. My next service would have likely been 08/20/2025 pending availability and no-shows by the company. 10 days later, I received an unauthorized charge from the company for a full retreat without anyone contacting me. Any efforts to get documentation or provided a policy that "free retreats must occur XX days before your next full service date" was not something Alexis could provide. I wish and truly hope that Alexis can reflect on this failure of her team to fulfill the trust and obligation their customers place in them. Hopefully she can use this as a learning moment and become an example of the leader that her team deserves. I really tried to resolve this. I'm frankly shocked at how this company turned a nearly 10-year loyal into a detractor over their team's numerous mistakes. All I simply asked for was a refund for the $100 charge they made on my card for a retreat that I was told was free -- but I was told sorry, there's nothing we can do despite the admin team stating otherwise.

Can not trust this treatment. Each time we enter the garden area too many mosquitos biting us all over and when it had been just 3 - 4 days. My little grand daughter got bitten all over.
