ABC Home & Commercial Services - Pest Control Department

I’m very happy with my experience with ABC so far. I have been a customer of Home Team pest defense for 1 year, because my home has those ports on the side to spray directly into the walls, which is Home Team’s proprietary product. I haven’t loved them so far, but oh well. Yesterday morning I had an actual issue, called Home Team, and they basically said we don’t help with that. A bunch of my neighbors recommended ABC, so I decided to call, and I���m so glad I did. Even the phone call to get set up was super quick and easy, no pain of someone not knowing what they’re talking about, I didn’t have to sit on the phone for forever, and best of all, they got a tech scheduled for the very next day! Josh came out today and did a fantastic job. He was friendly, explained to me everything he was going to do, and he was very thorough. What more can I ask for!

Outstanding customer service, great results and very fair price. Compared to other companies we have used, we get more value from ABC pest control than with their competitors. They are also very accommodating if change of schedule is needed. Our technician John Early was very professional and polite.

ABC will pick,and schedule your appointment times! You will be sent confirmation of these appointments….meaning you (the customer will not have a choice). After having 4 appointments put on me ( without consulting)….Ive chose to cancel . A simple conversation would have prevented this. Customers should have a say in the appointment times. Don’t force the customer to fit your schedule. Customer service needs to come first

I would have given this place a 5 star years ago but find a different place to take your business. They nickel and dime you over everything. I have the Rodent/Wildlife - RODENT for my home where they seal up my home. In 2021 it was $137 yearly after I paid the upfront amount (I realized prices have gone up but they literally just come out take a look and leave). Now in 2025 it’s $178. Also I had an issue and called them. My billing cycle is Nov. 5th I called the before that for them to come out and they said I am sorry we cannot come until you pay the next year and will not make an appointment, literally it hasn’t even been a full year. 365 days. I was going to pay it but the fact that they wouldn’t honor the current year because it was toward the end made me upset. If there is somewhere else better to go for pest control please let me know. This place is not it. I do not care for their customer support either. Anyways hope you find a better company than this one. I had some other issues with the but this one irritates me the most. Edit: Since I got a response and they cannot find me in their system and have no record here is my missed call from them showing my appointment on my voicemail.

Terrible driver just trying to be a nuisance and drive right next to someone so no one can pass. Next time do it without your company on the back of your truck.
